My heart has always been on the tools: designing systems, reverse engineering, and building scalable solutions. Fifteen years in IT, I started as a Network & System Administrator, then moved into a Mobile IT Technician B2B/B2C. The year of 2019 is when I made a full commitment to the software world. I started as a Salesforce Admin, to be today a Solution Engineer, with a stint leading a team along the way.

Then AI changed the game. It compressed years of learning into months, sharpened my curiosity, and let me build products I could previously only sketch. Today I'm really eager to ship agentic systems with Claude Code/Codex. I understand the business problems, the data, and the operations AI actually needs to plug into.
